Loreal’s Purple Shampoo: Tested vs. Deadlocks Unveiled

We recently tried the L’Oreal Paris Sulfate-Free Brass Toning Purple Shampoo on our highlighted strands, eager to combat yellow and brassy tones. The packaging, though minimalist, feels sleek and durable, with a secure latch to prevent spills. Out of the six.8 fl oz bottle, we found the purple hue subtly present, blending seamlessly with our light brown base without exaggerating.

Application was straightforward—small amounts worked effectively to neutralize discoloration. We noticed no residue or harsh chemicals, aligning with its 'EverPure' promise. The scent is faint and almost unnoticeable post-lather. Though results were subtle, our highlights gained a fresh, balanced tone without feeling stripped. With its versatile range and gentle formulation, the shampoo remains a useful tool for maintaining vibrant hair, suitable for various highlight styles.
